Processing of polymer materials is the main sector in the area of polymer materials, to which the Institute provides support in different aspects.<\/p>\n

We design our technologies and products for recycling and biodegradation, in order to minimize the consumption of such raw materials and the amount of waste, as well as to ensure their quicker degradation, including through creation of a \u201cclosed loop\u201d of processes, in which waste from some processes is used as raw materials in other ones, reducing the waste amount, and also through application of \u201cbio\u201d ecological raw materials. <\/p>\n

The Institute\u2019s offer in this area is comprehensive \u2013 from development of technologies to research, pilot production, to construction and manufacture of technological lines (idea to implementation).<\/p>\n

We provide services to a broad group of customers who value quality. Our offer is directed to companies which begin their operations and seek appropriate properties of polymer materials, or to ones which have problems managing production waste. We have the appropriate machinery allowing us to determine in which manner a given kind of waste is to be processed. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

  • \u00b7 industrial research and development work on a semi-technical scale;<\/li>\n
  • \u00b7 experimental production in the area of extrusion of polymer composites, flat plastic film, profiles, including pipes and hoses;<\/li>\n
  • \u00b7 experimental production in the area of recycling of plastics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    We have the appropriate machinery necessary to conduct technological tests of the polymer composite extrusion process:<\/p>\n

    • \u00b7 a BTSK 20\/40D concurrent twin-screw extruder; <\/li>\n
    • \u00b7 a line for production of 3-layer plastic film of the 3xW25 type; <\/li>\n
