the Product Certification and Normalization organizational unit.<\/p>\n<p>JCW has a strictly defined <a href=\"https:\/\/impib.lukasiewicz.gov.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2024\/07\/Polityka-Jakosci.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span style=\"color: #00ff00\">Quality Policy<\/span><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/impib.lukasiewicz.gov.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2023\/12\/Deklaracja-bezstronnosci-JCW-2021.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span style=\"color: #00ff00\">a Declaration of Impartiality<\/span><\/a> .<\/p>\n<p>The Product Certification Body is authorized to certify:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00b7 product compliance, ICS codes: 23.040; 55.020; 83.140; 87.020; 87.040; 93.030;<\/li>\n<li>na znaki zgodno\u015bci, kod ICS: 83.140; 87.040 (znak ekologiczny \u201eE\u201d zastrze\u017cony przez Instytut IMPiB);<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7 constancy of performance of construction products (a national system).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Certification of product compliance and for conformity marks is conducted pursuant to the Type 5 product certification programme according to PN-EN ISO\/IEC 17067:2014-01 Conformity assessment \u2013 Fundamentals of product certification and guidelines for product certification schemes, as well as pursuant to the following programmes of the Product Certification Body: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/impib.lukasiewicz.gov.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2024\/08\/PROGRAM-CZ-wyd.13-01.03.2024.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span style=\"color: #00ff00\">\u00b7 programme of product certification for a compliance certificate (CC),<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/impib.lukasiewicz.gov.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2024\/08\/PROGRAM-E-CERT-wyd.12-01.03.2024.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span style=\"color: #00ff00\">\u00b7 programme of product certification for the \u201cE\u201d ecological mark (E-CERT).<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Certification of construction products is conducted in accordance with the national system of assessment and verification of performance constancy of Type 1, as specified in the Regulation of 17 November 2016 by the Minister of Infrastructure and Construction on the manner of declaration of performance of construction products and the manner of marking thereof with a construction mark.<\/p>\n<p>Pursuant to the scope of accreditation granted by the Polish Centre for Accreditation, the PCB is authorized to certify:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>plastic material products, including:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00b7 child-proof packages;<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7 pipes, pipelines and parts thereof;<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7 external sewage systems;<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7 oxydegradable products of thermoplastic materials (for the \u201cE\u201d ecological mark according to the current Technical Criteria).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. paints and coatings, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00b7 painting technologies;<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7 coating products (for the \u201cE\u201d ecological mark according to the
