The polymer products obtained will undergo accelerated, yet time-controlled degradation, while the presence of the catalyst will cause the polymer to defragment under the influence of natural factors such as temperature, ultraviolet radiation, sunlight, and then natural microbio-logical factors will further decompose the plastic into environmentally harmless substances. Thus, the catalyst can be used, for example, in all packaging materials where it is important to accelerate their degradation and relieve the environment of the plastic backlog.
Advantages of the invention:
A method of obtaining a complex catalyst for the degradation of thermoplastics (obtained in a single technological process). In addition, an advantage of the complex catalyst according to the invention is that the addition of this catalyst does not impede the normal processing of thermoplastics by extrusion, injection, film forming carried out in the temperature range of 130-250\u00b0C, in typical equipment. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The notching device is constructed of a shielded body and a drive. The body of the device consists of plates connected by means of bolted cylindrical pivots. Attached to the plates are bushings in which there are bearings. Shafts with attached notching wheels are seated in the bearings. Axially cooperating gears that transmit drive to both notching wheels are attached to the shaft journals. The lower roller is driven by a motor with a gear attached to a bracket connected to the body of the machine. The feed zone of a screw extruder allows for efficient dispensing of plastic due to the use of a pusher forced by the rotation of a cam roller.
