An extruder with an induction heating system allows the extruder cylinder to be heated up to 600\u00b0C in less than 15 minutes.<\/p>\n

Advantages of the invention:<\/p>\n

Significantly reducing the extruder cylinder heating time from the standard 1.5 – 2 hours to 15 minutes. Increasing the maximum operating temperature of the extruder from the previously achieved approx. 400\u00b0C to 600\u00b0C while maintaining the ability to work at lower temperatures.
