The polymer products obtained will undergo accelerated, yet time-controlled degradation, while the presence of the catalyst will cause the polymer to defragment under the influence of natural factors such as temperature, ultraviolet radiation, sunlight, and then natural microbio-logical factors will further decompose the plastic into environmentally harmless substances. Thus, the catalyst can be used, for example, in all packaging materials where it is important to accelerate their degradation and relieve the environment of the plastic backlog.
Advantages of the invention:
A method of obtaining a complex catalyst for the degradation of thermoplastics (obtained in a single technological process). In addition, an advantage of the complex catalyst according to the invention is that the addition of this catalyst does not impede the normal processing of thermoplastics by extrusion, injection, film forming carried out in the temperature range of 130-250°C, in typical equipment.
Main application:
The object of the invention is a notching device designed for operation in a processing and production line and for notching into equal sections of a profile extruded from thermoplastic materials, to produce a floating line containing at least one strand of reinforcement inside.
Advantages of the invention:
The notching device is constructed of a shielded body and a drive. The body of the device consists of plates connected by means of bolted cylindrical pivots. Attached to the plates are bushings in which there are bearings. Shafts with attached notching wheels are seated in the bearings. Axially cooperating gears that transmit drive to both notching wheels are attached to the shaft journals. The lower roller is driven by a motor with a gear attached to a bracket connected to the body of the machine. The upper roller is seated in an expansion sleeve.
Main application:
The invention is a working element of a notching device intended for operation in a process line for manufacturing a floating line having a thread reinforcement inside. It is designed for notching equal sections of a profile extruded from thermoplastic materials.
Advantages of the invention:
In the solution, the geometry of the cutting wheels was selected so as to ensure cutting of the plastic profile into equal length sections without disturbing the reinforcing thread of the floating line.
Main application:
The agent can be used as a biocidal additive for plastics, among other things.

The paint is designed for painting walls, especially facades.
Advantages of the invention:
This paint is characterized by very good coverage, resistance to scrubbing, adequate viscosity. The use of natural filler lowers the cost of the paint compared to standard paints.

Implementation of the electrostatic separation process continuously with the ability to control the basic parameters of the input material.
Main application:
The subject of the invention is the feed zone of a screw extruder, in which elements have been used that improve the efficiency of dispensing, transporting and degassing the plastic.
Advantages of the invention:
The feed zone of a screw extruder allows for efficient dispensing of plastic due to the use of a pusher forced by the rotation of a cam roller. When the pusher moves away from the screw the plastic is efficiently drawn into the feed zone, while the pressure rather than the plastic by the pusher to the screw, affects the efficiency of its transport to the compression and metering zones of the extruder.
