Centre of Patent and Standardization Information of the Nicolaus Copernicus University & Łukasiewicz – IMPiB
under the Patronage of the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland.
Since 2022, a User Service Point of the Centre of Patent and Standardization Information has been operating under the Patronage of the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland.
The creation of the branch is an effect of cooperation between Nicolaus Copernicus University and Łukasiewicz – Institute for Engineering of Polymer Materials and Dyes.
It is an extension of operations of the previously functioning Centre of Patent and Standardization Information at the Centre for Academic Entrepreneurship and Technology Transfer (CPATT) of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
The offer of the Centre of Patent and Standardization Information is directed to all people:
- · interested in guidance in the area of intellectual property protection and promotion;
- · wishing to implement new technologies in business;
- · seeking knowledge about the conditions necessary to meet a standard.
Tasks of the Centre of Patent and Standardization Information
· explanation of all procedures concerning granting of patents and patent searches;
