We are present at the 2nd Science for Society Congress, which takes place at the Warsaw University of Technology and the World Hearing Center of the Institute of Physiology and Pathology of Hearing.
This cyclical event aimed at popularizing scientific achievements, this time taking place under the slogan “This is how science in Poland affects the life of every Pole.”
Representatives of our institute were personally visited by the Minister of Science and Higher Education, Mr. Dariusz Wieczorek and prof. Ph.D. n. med. dr h.c. multi Henryk Skarżyński Chairman of the Main Council of Research Institutes Director of the Institute of Physiology and Pathology of Hearing. During talks with guests, Deputy Director for Research Łukasiewicz- IMPIB, Ph.D. Tomasz Żuk explained the scope of research carried out at the institute and the scale of the technologies developed and developed. He highlighted the projects being implemented, including the project “Building panels using recycled raw materials” (Acronym REC-WIND) and “Development and testing of innovative solutions for the processing of hybrid materials and nanomaterials using artificial intelligence algorithms” (Acronym PROMATAI) promoted during the Congress. ).
At the end of the meeting, the Minister of Science and Higher Education presented the Deputy Director for Research Łukasiewicz – IMPIB, Ph.D. engineer Tomasz Żuk received a commemorative diploma and a statuette commemorating his participation in the event.
