Advantages of the invention:
An alternative to imported anti-aging raw materials.
Main application:
An extruder with an induction heating system allows the extruder cylinder to be heated up to 600°C in less than 15 minutes.
Use in universal filament lines, working with typical plastics such as PLA and ABS, and high-temperature plastics such as PEEK and PPS.
Advantages of the invention:
Significantly reducing the extruder cylinder heating time from the standard 1.5 – 2 hours to 15 minutes. Increasing the maximum operating temperature of the extruder from the previously achieved approx. 400°C to 600°C while maintaining the ability to work at lower temperatures. Providing the ability to work with high-temperature materials already available on the market and with others developed in the future.
Main application:
Manufacturing biodegradable films under industrial composting conditions.
Advantages of the invention:
Cheaper material with favorable performance characteristics compared to other polycaprolactone-based composites.
